Project / Web applications & administration
E-Library UNTL.
A digital library, beyond its catalogue.
Readers need to find a book and understand what it contains. A digital library also needs the interfaces and services behind that catalogue.

The product
E-Library UNTL is an online library for Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa'e. The reader-facing website presents book discovery, subject categories and individual book pages.
The wider product also includes an E Biblioteca UNTL mobile reader with subject departments and in-app reading.
My contribution
I developed the website frontend, the web administrator interface and the REST API for the backend.
The work covered the public catalogue as well as the interfaces and services used to manage it. The gallery below shows the reader-facing side.
What the archived interface shows
- Search by title, author or keyword.
- Book discovery and subject categories.
- Book-detail pages with descriptions and related content.
- Reading entry points and a Read Later control.
For a similar project
This work is relevant to a client commissioning a catalogue or content platform with internal management tools and a backend API.
The archived captures document the interface, not reader adoption or present-day service availability.
The interface
Web catalogue and mobile reading.
